Can I put you in a tree?

I’ve always loved photographing women in their gardens and in the wild so when I found a small book of vintage and found photographs of women in trees I was pretty excited. It struck me as the most delightful of ideas and so I stole it and the Women In Trees Project was born.

I am planning to have a mix of one on one sessions as well as group sessions and will send out invites when I've got a location and time in mind. There is no rush I will be working on this project for the rest of my life and I want to photograph you all as many times as I can. I want to photograph families and mates. Day time. Night time. In ballgowns or pyjamas or your favourite dress or even in a tree you have a special relationship to. Pretty much anything goes. The purpose here is to have fun, make art and make friends.
